Livingstone University of Tourism Excellence & Business Management - LIUTEBM University was established in the year 2009. LIUTEBM University is a Registered Private Higher Education Institution under the Zambian Higher Education Act (HEA) with HEA Registration Number HEA/026. The University is legally empowered to offer and grant degrees, diplomas and certificates via Full-time as well as ODL mode of learning. The University offers undergraduate and post graduate Programs in different disciplines and branches of education including Environment, Pollution and Climate Change, Health Sciences, Law, Business, Education, Nursing etc. at the University Campus. The programs are offered online through its School of International Programs – SoIP.

Commitment to the global principles of Quality Assurance
The University is committed to the global principles of quality assurance in higher education. Under the leadership of the School of International Programs, the university has set up an International Quality Assurance Cell - IQAC with University Vice-Chancellor Professor Patrick Kalifungwa as its Chairperson. The IQAC monitors and advises on quality assurance and continuous improvement of all the schools within the University set-up and the associated partners.
